In life we sometimes forget, but in the midst of living there are those few moments that remind us to take a breath.
Many people go through their lives just getting up day to day, going to 9 to 5 job, returning home, preparing their dinner, washing the dishes, cleaning up, tidying around the house, watch a little TV, and then right to sleep. The next day, they’re back up again repeating the same monotonous routine over and over and over…day to day…month to month…and before you know it years have gone by!
There are the few who get up, open their eyes, are grateful for the moment, take an inhale, exhale, and rejoice in the moment of being alive!
These individuals are inspired my some unknown force that pulls them or motivates them to move, shift, change, or make a difference in their lives or in others. In the middle of the storm, through the hustle and bustle, running around like a chicken with their head cut off…they must remember that there are certain moments that force them to take a breather. These moments of ”pauses” in one’s life, allows each individual to be reminded…of what their life purposes is in this world.
“WE must remember that our journey has molded us for a greater good, and its always for reasons. We must remember we never lose time but grow in every experience. There is no short-cutting to life. It takes each and every situation we have encountered to bring us to the ”present moment”…the NOW. And now is ALWAYS on time.”
Never judge or complain about where you are but flow with everything around you being centered and aware…all will work its way out revealing the little things to you. In those sacred moments, sometimes its the little things that count!
Peace be with you.
